Then they integrated with fork of Visual Studio Code and allowed you to code in real repository directly in GL.

I was thinking of doing quick code changes to applications at this way, change some configuration of my API, quick fix of my mobile phone for home automation and etc.

Bonding Network interfaces in Debian Forky

I am experimenting lately on with Nanobot and running self hosted language models on Desktop Framework.

I was trying to run lately Qwen 3.5 397B model on this small PC and it was a bit hard because I just do not have enough disk space on it. Usually it is used by me a bit by my family and most of it by my own services to sent me some notifications.

Lately I started playing with nanobot.
It is personal AI assistant like OpenClaw. When I was migrating mailcow suite everything was fine except postfix image failed to start.

I had problem like that already on Debian and usually I was dealing with that by disabling exim:

sudo systemctl disable exim.service

This was fine till major Debian update that was reinstalling exim and causing it to steal port 25 again. So this time I decided to uinstall it completely.

Monitoring vs Observability

What is the difference between monitoring and observability?

Monitoring is process of collecting live events from your application, traces, debug messages, warnings and exceptions. The same process may involve sending those events to some storage or application that analyze or visualize those messages. I.e. in asp.net core applications monitoring of application involves calling a
ILogger
and sending those logs or critical exceptions to AppInsights. Monitoring may also involve activity of development team members to active watch those logged messages for any potential errors or problems that may impact availability of production environment.
